So i dont quite remember what i was thinking just now but i think its something like this ----->

Each hero can only pick 1 special spell/ablities which non other hero can get and it doesnt have any cooldown which can only be use 1-2 time depend on each special ablities player pick, this will give us more hard choice and strategic,but i doubt this will work though since not all battle we can handle it live since some of the battle is auto like when we invading someone/defend but i will still give my suggestion,all bad and good comments are accpted

Ok for starter we got :

Behemoth : special spell 1) give behemoth a huge buff of shield(200-300) for a short time
                                    2) give behemoth a huge defend(4-5) 3-5 for a couple of sec but decreasing the atk(4-5)
                                    3) temorary making behemoth untargetable for 5-6 sec( it can only work when behemoth below 1000 hp )
                                    4) gain 1 row of attacking(making it attack 3 row at same time instead of 2) and a buff of attack(3)
                                        but decreasing 2 defend.
                                    5) behemoth can exploded XD when die

Berserker : special spell 1) gain a burst of spd atk and mvnt spd per % (the higher your spd atk/mvnt the decrease it give) for couple
                                       of sec
                                   2) gain defend(2-3) and attack damage(3-5) for a short duration when berserker hit something.
                                   3) gain a range attack by 1(making it 3 range attack instead of 2) and % of attack speed for a sec
                                   4) sacrificed defend(50%) to increase attack speed and attack damge(50%) and (25%) hp

Succubus : special spell 1) increase a burst of hp regain when your hero hp drop below 500 for 10 sec(20 sec per sec) and gain life
                                      steal/absorbtion per %(1-5%) for 10 sec ( only work when your hp drop to 500 and below )
                                   2) gain absorbtion per %(10%) and max range attack
                                   3) increase hp(300) / armor(1-2) / hp regen (20) for 5 second
                                   4) gain a stack of damage per footmen/troll/shaman/priest (0.25 per kill) each battle and it reset when there
                                      is another battle
                                  5) increase hp regen(50hp per sec) and atk speed(50%) for a couple of sec(2-3 sec)

Ok that just a suggestion.i hope i post on a right forum and also once again bad and good comments acpted and this is just a suggestion so dont mad at me :( ,sory for the bad english if there is something u dont understand just comment,i might be able to explain it,thank you for reading

mostly this idea is for manualy use such as adventures

well i found that if succubus gain alot of attack speed it turn out to be overpowered but oh well i will just type it in

For the Zerker, what about a classic Berserker move: Sacrifice defense and becomes enraged to gain Attack Speed & Attack Damage.

So basically, those abilities are too OP and some are little bit too weak, so you could make them like this: each OP ability should be less strong but last longer and each weak ability should should be same thing but just make it stronger and maybe add some time too. :D
